As a Worship Leader I confess...

I sometimes loose focus of God make and it a show

I feel inadequate in the "Leading" aspect

I should know My word more than I do

I don't care how I dress because neither does my God

I hate almost all "Christian Music"

I believe that music itself glorifies God regardless of lyrics

I have major issues with the "traditional Church"

I strive to bring in outside culture to the church

I hate music stands!

I strive for excellence because my God deserves nothing less

I've been known to be prideful after a few accolades

I have to eat a lot of humble pie

I constantly wonder what corporate worship would look like without the ability to produce melody

I've seen the truest worship happen during "secular songs"

I struggle worshiping in a congregation because the musician in me is constantly critiquing every aspect

I'll do anything except defy The Word to orchestrate honest, broken, exhilarating, justice provoking, worship
