...Thanksgiving eve? What the eff? I am so ready for T-day to be over and for Xmas to start. I have a one rule for this end-of-November-beginning-of-December-season that is very sacred, and never to be broken.
--No Xmas traditions until "Black Friday."--
(this includes but is not limited to: hot chocolate, Xmas movies, Xmas lights or any other form of Xmas decorations, and wishing others "Happy Holidays" and/or "Merry Xmas.")
However, this year, I caved. It's November 26th, Thanksgiving eve, and I just got done watching a Xmas movie. I just couldn't wait this year! So even though it's against everything I believe, I concede defeat. "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good T-day eve!"
